Meet Lisa Arledge Powell, Founder and President, MediaSource

Lisa Arledge Powell is president and co-founder of MediaSource, named the nation’s Best Health Care PR & Marketing Agency by industry powerhouse Ragan Communications for the past four consecutive years from 2013-2016.

The former television news reporter works with the nation’s top brands, hospitals, and national associations to get their message to target audiences. Lisa, an industry innovator in helping brands create strategic content for national exposure, is a sought after authority on brand journalism.

She is a featured speaker at national communications conferences including the Mayo Clinic Health Care Social Media Summit, Content Marketing World and the PRSA Health Academy Conference. She is also the 2016 national conference chair for the PRSA Health Academy.

Before forming MediaSource, Lisa was a correspondent for a nationally syndicated health TV show and began her communications career as a television news reporter and anchor.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in mass communications/broadcast journalism from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
