  • Website updates to content – WordPress, Square Space experience a plus.
  • Social Media – Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok and Pinterest, management of day-to-day social media.
  • Managing Google My Business
  • Blog
  • VLOG – Schedule guests to our show, syndicate content post-show, minor editing.
  • Events – Work on scheduling, promoting, and project managing our networking events.
  • Podcast – Management, booking guests, re-purpose and scheduled guests.
  • Webinar – Management, schedule, revise content, and promote.
  • Email Marketing
  • Google Analytics – Familiarity with GA, setup for new accounts and analyze existing ones.
  • Google Ads – Certification not necessary but a plus. Understand the fundamentals of Google Ads.
  • HubSpot – Inbound certification is a bonus, not necessary but have a good working concept of inbound marketing and HubSpot’s platform.

We are seeking 1-to-2 individuals that would be the General Manager (GM) and handle all the day-to-day responsibilities of business development (sales), marketing, and operations.

  • Business Development – Primary responsibility is going to be focused on client acquisition, sponsorships, driving attendee ticket sales and placements in print publication.
  • Oversee all aspects of the digital properties including web, email, and social media.
  • Branding – You will be responsible for helping to shape the brand of clients in our print publication.
  • Identify photoshoot locations.
  • Manage all aspects of photoshoots, including location, scheduling, coordinating the photographer, client approvals, etc.
  • Schedule on an average 1-networking event per quarter.
  • Operations for event management, site location for 2022 marketing conference, signage, print material.
  • Marketing strategy – Work with owner to develop an execute marketing plan.
